01 / 03Collection of secondary sales and stock from distributorsSecondary sales and stock are gathered from the distributor’s data rather than from the distributor’s summary
After sell-in
The shipment is complete. Sales visibility is not.
Once goods move to a partner, the manufacturer needs comparable facts by distributor, warehouse, SKU and outlet - not another consolidated report.
What shipment confirms
Distributor and agreement
Warehouse and document
SKU, quantity and value
What disappears without data exchange
Partner stock by warehouse
Sell-out through to the outlet
Assortment and receivables across the distributor network
Distributor-network pulse
Country, distributor and portfolio - one management view.
Change the context to see where replenishment, assortment development or receivables action is required.
Every company and warehouse retains its own access rights and data ownership. Smartup does not treat distributor data as manufacturer-owned without an agreed exchange and does not promise the same latency for every source.

Questions before implementation
Can owned branches and independent distributors be connected together?
Yes, when identifiers, rights, master data, documents and exchange frequency are agreed for each company. Legal-entity data remains separated.
Does Smartup replace every distributor ERP?
Not necessarily. Smartup can exchange agreed data with the existing ERP or use the native ERP core within a separately approved scope.
