See the entire distribution network - from group and market to portfolio and outlet.
Smartup connects owned branches and independent distributors through one management model. Leaders review aligned sell-in, sell-out, inventory and receivables, then move from an exception to an accountable action.
DISTRIBUTION GROUP CONTROL data linked to an owner

MODELBranches + distributors
Each entity operates within its own boundary while the group receives an agreed level of visibility.
DRILLGroup → outlet
A measure can be traced by market, partner, portfolio, outlet and SKU.
ACTIONException → owner
The cause, follow-up and next-cycle outcome remain connected.
Management map
Select a market and investigate where a decision is required.
The map explains the management logic, not customer data. Participating entities, sources and access rights are approved separately for each project.

Management drilldown
One question - five levels down to the source fact.
Each level answers a different management question. The drilldown preserves legal-entity boundaries and keeps every measure linked to its source.
01Group
Which market or portfolio is outside the baseline?
Comparable measures under the approved group structure
02Market
Where does the outcome differ, and why?
Local rules, entities and source freshness
03Distributor
Whose sales, inventory or payments are misaligned?
Documents, exchange errors and accountable owners
04Portfolio
Which assortments does the same outlet buy?
SKU, terms and sales without double counting
05Outlet
What did the outlet buy, and what does it owe?
Contract, order, shipment, payment and servicing entity
One outlet · multiple portfolios
Compare outlet facts, not separate company reports.
A matched outlet remains linked to each contract, portfolio and servicing distributor. This reveals assortment gaps, sales movement and financial exposure in one business context.
Accounts receivable remains attributable to the legal entity, contract and servicing distributor.
Question
Which obligation restricts the next portfolio sale?
Action
Agree the next action with Finance & AR
From signal to next cycle
An exception becomes managed work, not another report row.
Smartup connects the fact, cause, owner and result check. The automatic animation explains the sequence; the process does not depend on motion.
01SIGNAL
Detect the exception
Sales, inventory, receivables or data freshness moves outside an agreed rule.
02CAUSE
Separate the causes
A business issue is not confused with an exchange or master-data error.
03OWNER
Assign an owner
The follow-up receives an entity, territory, due date and required evidence.
04VERIFY
Verify the outcome
The next cycle compares the same entity and either closes or returns the exception.
Model boundaries
Shared visibility does not remove each company’s accountability.
The discovery phase establishes access, sources and ownership for every measure. The page does not assume one architecture for every participant.
01DATA
Only approved data
The group sees the agreed documents, measures and detail levels; an incomplete source remains visibly qualified.
02LEGAL
Legal boundaries remain intact
A branch and an independent distributor are not merged: contracts, debts and operations stay linked to their entity.
03ERP
ERP responsibility is project-defined
Accounting and source documents may remain in each company’s ERP while Smartup supports the agreed distribution execution and management process.
First production scope
Start with one management decision, not the entire group.
The initial scope must prove that selected data leads to action. Expansion begins after four explicit checks pass.

Questions about the management model
Frequently asked questions
Can owned branches and independent distributors be managed together?
Yes, when access, master data and exchange scope are agreed for each entity. The group gains a comparable view without merging legal accountability.
Can we see sales down to the final outlet?
Depth depends on distributor source data. When sell-out is available, Smartup shows outlet and SKU detail; missing depth remains visible as a source limitation.
What if one outlet buys different portfolios from several entities?
The outlet is matched as one business entity while each sale retains its company, contract and portfolio context. This supports assortment comparison without double counting.
Does Smartup replace branch ERP systems?
No. ERP remains the accounting and source-document system; Smartup provides distribution execution, data alignment and the management loop.
How is distributor access separated?
Roles and visibility are agreed in the project. A distributor sees its permitted scope, while the group team sees approved consolidated views.
Where should a pilot start?
Select a few entities, assign data owners, map core master data and agree the exceptions that must trigger accountable action.
